To serve as an example of the level of trust we have built with several of our long term clients by using the aforementioned approach, we often been trusted to provide contract personnel by simply sending out the consultant of our chocie to the client site, based on the job description.  The consultant is deployed after having just a short 10-20 minute phone introduction, for formalities' sake!  We can do this successfully because of the level of knowledge and trust that exists between us and our clients.  It was built by our successes that were proven time and again with each particular client. We have delivered the requested "talent on target every time" many times with several of our clients. 

 

We guarantee our people, so if for some reason a consultant is not working out, then our clients know that we immediately remove them from the project and send a replacement Consultant within the shortest time possible. That time range is typically between 4 hours - 48 hours.

 

The bottom line is that we have your best interest at heart and are looking to provide you the same staff we would provide ourselves if we were in your business and in your position.  We are ultra-selective when it comes to cherry-picking people for our clients.  If they don't make an impression on us that is clearly above the average talent, even if they have all the skills and technologies listed in their resume, then their resume won't make it to your inbox.
